Information you send us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, event type, and optional phone number, event date, venue or location, message, and selected package. Include only information needed to discuss your event. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information through this form.
How your inquiry is used
Free State Audio uses your inquiry details to respond, discuss availability and pricing, and plan the services you request. If you provide a phone number, we also use it to contact you about your inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically reserve an event date.
Service providers
The form sends submissions to Formspree, which processes form information and helps deliver inquiry notifications to our email inbox. Our email service processes the messages we receive and send. Hosting and network providers process technical requests needed to deliver and protect this website, including network information such as IP addresses.
Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its handling of submission and technical data. Links to external websites operate under those providers’ own policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not include advertising pixels or a website analytics tracker. After a successful inquiry, it uses temporary browser session storage to display a confirmation message. This stores a timestamp, not your name, email address, or message. External services handle their own technical processing.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is held in the form-processing and email systems used to manage communications. To ask what information we hold about your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, email info@freestateaudio.com. Include enough information to identify your inquiry. Records needed for an ongoing booking or applicable obligations are considered when responding to a request.
School-event inquiries
School organizers should submit event-level information. Student names, personal contact details, and other individual student information are not needed to request a DJ quote.
